Oh c'est l'anniversaire de papa! Et si pour changer de La Villa ou du Julien, on profitait de cette occasion pour aller dîner chez Alexandre Mazzia. Cela fait longtemps que j'avais envie d'essayer, alors je prends les choses en main et organise notre petit dîner! Nous y étions donc mercredi dernier. Une super bonne table dans un coin chaleureux, une lumière tamisé et un menu secret. Ah ! ça je n'y avais pas pensé! Et ce soir-là, plutôt orienté poissons et fruits de mer, ah, ça non plus, je n'y avais pas pensé! Mais maintenant que nous y sommes, on se laisse prendre au jeu et guider!
Dans un ballet orchestré par le chef mais où chaque détail compte (vin, service, vaisselle) plus de 12 plats se succèdent, chacun présenté comme une oeuvre! On goûte. On teste. On cherche les saveurs. On compare. On expérimente. On partage une véritable expérience culinaire et on aime.

Oh it is Dad's birthday! And if we tried something different from La Villa or Le Julien? If we enjoyed having dinner in Alexandre Mazzia's restaurant to celebrate this event. It was a very long time, that I wanted to test it. So I decided to organize the dinner and booked a table! We went there last wednesday. We had a really good table, in welcoming corner, with a softened light and a secret menu. Oh! I didn't think about that! And this evening, the menu was based on fishes. I didn't imagine also that ! But now we were there and we had to let the guide playing.
In a ballet orchestrated by the chef but where each detail is important (wine, service, tableware), more than 12 dishes succeed each other like a work of art. We taste. We test. We look for different flavours. We compare. We experiment. We really share a cooking experience and we like it.
